Terms & Conditions

OTHER INFORMATION

-The villa accommodates four guests in two master suites
-Meals and beverages (including non-alcoholic and alcoholic) are included in the rates.
-Rates include all taxes and booking fees.
-Rates do not include Staff Gratuity
-Rates are per night for exclusive use
-Rates include personal chef, 24/7 butler and concierge
-A 15% surcharge applies to the holiday season with a 7 night minimum Stay.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT TIMES

Check In Time is 4:00pm
Check Out Time is 10:00am

MINIMUM NIGHT STAY

There is a seven-night minimum stay on Gladden (four-night stays are occasionally permitted)

RESERVATION POLICY

Upon confirmation of reservation, a 20% deposit is required within 48 hours to hold reservation and is to be paid with personal check, bank check, money order, American Express, Master Card or Visa credit card.
If a reservation is made within 60 days, We request that full payment be sent via overnight mail.
Full payment is due 60 days prior to date of reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
A refund, less 20% of the Total Reservation Amount, will be given if a reservation is cancelled 90 and 60 days prior to reservation date.
NO refunds are given if a reservation is cancelled less than 60 days prior to the reservation date.
Travel insurance is recommended to mitigate the risks of unforseen or unexpected events.
